Hi,
I do moderate workout lift weights every other day. I wanted to know how can i tighten up my chest, it appears they get soft next day after a workout. I do Bench press max 185lbs. And I am a male.

Please tell me some workout sequences that can help me tighten up my chest muscles and perhaps others as well.
