I'm a recovering alcoholic and have been going to AA meeting for 3 years but have had a number of relapses. Almost exactly a year ago my ex-girlfriend left me.

I've been going back to meeting, but still, after 3 years, I have yet to make a single friend. Things are more difficult now since about every man that I know has tried to date her, and at least one has slept with her.

I'm not sure why god wants me to live out the rest of my life so unhappy and lonely. I'm going to give it 3 more days (including today).

On Saturday is my ex girlfriends 1 year sober anniversary. We were going to go out, but she changed her mind at the last minute. She has alot of sober male friends always hitting on her.

I've decided that if my lonliness doesn't end, or if another AA doesn't befriend me by the end of Saturday nights meeting I'm going to buy a bottle, drink it and hang myself.

Please don't suggest medical care as I cannot afford it. I do not qualify for any govt aid.

Catch 22???

If one of the programmers main ethics is that "the week should never have to be invented more than once", then why do so many companies do just that? Look at all the file systems out there, all the operating systems (many by the same companies). Why do we not just constantly fix the existing product, I personally believe this is a money related issue.

Think about it...you have 100,000 pages of poorly documented code, you fire all your workers...you bring new workers in....the first thing the new workers say is holy ****, WTF is this!!!

why would a supposed true freind do this??????????

okay folks ...this messege was left for my eyes to read...I didnt nothing to this person they invited me to go to a doc appointment with her for her pregnancy well..she told me she shall go with her mother instead...so i called the mother to see if everything was ok since there was no way of contacting the freind...well i found out she wasnt even pregnant ..now the girl leaves me messeges like this and is trying to destroy my life..
so your no nosy that u had to call my mother, huh cant keep the truth well thats fine jenny now that u know the truth do u feel better, even lynda said that u are ******* wrong, my mother dont even like u so tell her what u want, what ever u are not my firend no more and dont ever call me or talk to me again. but i will speak to your familly they probibly love me more than u , lol at least that what your mother has always told me, you are apease of **** to your family and your children, look your own daughter didnt even want to come and see u wonder why??
