Well, I guess it depends on how high you can get. Under certain conditions up is a good distance above us. It is not far, really, but it might take a while to get there as the crow flies. If you don't believe me, ask a dragonfly, or sneeze and count the seconds until someone else sneezes--That will tell you how high you are.
