I found two of these stalks today while out walking. I know I didn't plant them, but they are so beautiful!

I am 19 years old and I do not know how to drive. I would love to learn how to drive so I can be able to get to class and to work without depending on anyone else. But there is always the fear of getting lost, causing a wreck, or any other careless mistakes I could make when driving; so I never get the courage to actually get behind the wheel. Does anyone have any advice?

I have this guy friend who seems to be obsessed with me. But he talks about other girls and stuff . Then he gets mad when I talk about other guys. He always tell me he loves me, how beautiful I am , and he will hurt himself if I leave his side. He is not my boy friend. He scares the heck out of me and also has a really bad temper. But he would never hit me. Then he also talks about throwing me agaist walls and doing random sexual crap to me. I can't seem to get it in his head that I don't like him like that. He has the ability to make or break my life. Also he really wants to get with me but I always say no. No matter how much times I say no he won't get the picture. Is he obsessed? What should I do?

I started running last summer and I really didn't know what I was doing (regarding shoes and form) so I wound up totally screwing up my right leg bruising my knee and fracturing my growth plate, also I sprained my ankle and my shins hurt alot... I took time to recover from that and did spring track where my form and overall performance was much better but by the end of the season the outside of my right knee was starting to act up so I was lucky that was the end of the season... I have taken off for about a month during June, now all of my joints are starting to act up again even though my form is great now and I wear proper shoes... I ice sometimes multiple times a day and recently started consuming alot of Calcium... By the end of the summer I am supposed to be doing 10 miles a day and I am not sure if my joints are going to be able to withstand it and stay injury free, does anyone have any advice on what I can do to prevent stress fractures or any other type of bone injury?

I had posted before about my dads concern with me joining the army. Not only did i get his blessing, but he also went with me to the rec. Now i have a bigger problem. I called all the people i owe money to. They either said i can wait till after basic or pay in advance. The last person i called was my landlord. I was trying to be nice, but she got real nasty. i told her that i felt bad, but i was going to join the army and that either someone eles (my friend offerd) can take over and pay the rent till i get back or that i break the lease because i might be getting orders. she said no. so i than said that maybe i could some how pay in advnce and that a friend could just stay here. she said that would cost me an extra 150 bucks. she than got real mad and said that i should i have told her before i signed the lease. I told her i did not know then that i was going to join. she told me that if i do not stick with the lease that she would sue me. can she sue over this?

I have been reading some news stories about situation in Somalia/Ethiopia....A lot of the news stories state that the two countries are "traditional enemies"
What does this mean?
How strong is this tradition?
Can Somalis and Ethiopians work together in workplace(in America for example).
Or live in same neighborhood after immigrating from Somalia or Ethiopia.

I love this country but I do not like political parties. I feel they get in the way of our country acheiving true greatness by not allowing a real person into office. Even if an independent or other party member got elected aside from a Democrat or Republican they could shoot down any suggestion the new president had just because he thinks outside the box. Can anyone help me, I almost don't want to vote. I mean look at the last election, I did not want to vote for Bush, and Kerry just rubbed me the wrong way, but I also knew voting for anyone else was futile. Should we just get rid of political parties? Or is there some good that they do that I am missing.

Right, I just got a Mustang for my 16th birthday, big Ford lover. EVERYONE in my family drives Fords, MAYBE a Chevy if it's a trunk with some spunk or something. Owning a Dodge is considered a sin, lol. Anyway, I'm all for Fords, what about you?
