Right, I just got a Mustang for my 16th birthday, big Ford lover. EVERYONE in my family drives Fords, MAYBE a Chevy if it's a trunk with some spunk or something. Owning a Dodge is considered a sin, lol. Anyway, I'm all for Fords, what about you?

I just gave my 1996 Mustang to my boy and bought a used Dodge 1500, 4x4 extra cab. The mustang was okay but a little cramped. The 5.9 liter Dodge magnum V8 pulls my 500 hp Chevy Corvette convertible to all the shows very nicely...100 mph on the highway pulling a trailered show car isn't just for any truck...(caught and passed a big rig before the road narrowed and I was forced to follow him through a canyon)

I actually prefer the truck to any of the other cars when I have to have a reliable, comfortable and just plain simple vehicle to drive...Besides, I could never get all my camping gear, family or large, dead game animal into anything sporty...

Only Fords are allowed in my driveway. I own a 97 F-150 XLT. Others that park here are a 96 F-50 2WD, 96 Aerostar, and 05 500. I miss my 72 Gran Torino Sport and 66 Fairlane 500.

I've also owned a 84 F-150 2WD, 78 Thunderbird, 78 F-150 2WD, not to mention other models and makes. Been on a steady Ford run since 94.

P.S. I'm not rich, just old.

I drive a 1978 Ford F-250 pickup truck ... not exactly a dream car. I'm sure it was awesome when it was new, but it's all screwed up now, it was my Dad's work truck. He gave it to me when I turned 17 six months ago. The car my Dad drives is a 1982 Ford E-350 van. It's still all right, real beefy. My Mom drives a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix ... ooh la la ... idiot. I hate that car. Too snobby for me. I mean, $30,000 for that thing! It has a Turbo Charger though. But it has problems. No, I'm a Ford girl too.

You're lucky ... a Mustang. My sister in-law has one, I love it.

All the new stuff is junk! Buy a German made car they go forever. The older Fords and Chevy's were built better and easy to work on. Old Mopars are always cool.

i have owned saturn, cadillac, toyota, chevy and dodge

the cheapest to maintain, saturn

the least amount of trouble, cadillac

the most fuel efficient but weak, toyota

the most..... run of the mill, chevy

never owned a ford but i am in charge of a fleet of 10 ford vehicles, hate them, at least 1 is always on the way to the shop, in the shop or about to get out of the shop

the most power and fun to drive, dodge

dodge is the only brand that i have bought twice

had a 2001 1500 w/v8 magnum, fun

have a 2003 2500 w/HEMI, love it, cant get enough of it, wouldn't trade it, keeping it, passing it onto my son, will be inhereted by my grandson (future)

the only thing i would trade my 2500 for is the 2500 MegaCab
