what are some ot the things that i would need to get one i have never had a lizzrd before i got 3 turtles so i think that i can hanndle a lizzard. im just wondering the types that are good to have frendily and not too wild. thanks

If you want something relaxed, I would recommend a bearded dragon or a savannah monitor. All lizards require expensive UV lighting and expensive ceramic heat lamps. Also, either of these species will need a 50 gal short aquarium when they are full grown. Despite the cost, both of these species can be a lot of fun and make great pets. Bearded dragons are great for inexperienced lizard owners. They generally have sweet personalities and enjoy hanging out with people if they are handled regularly. They're easy to care for and don't get very big (compared to an iguana or water monitor.)
Of course, before buying any pet, research! Find out exactly what you're getting into. Many lizards can live upwards of 25 years!

My favorite would be bearded dragons, leopard geckos, African fat tailed geckos and blue tongued skinks.
I find that these are all relatively easy. It all depends on how much experience you have, how much you are willing to learn, how much you are willing to spend on the lizard, its cage, its food and care.
Stay away from iguanas, moniters, gila monsters/beaded lizards, tegus, horned lizards, day geckos or any wild caught lizard
