house is forclosed and husband is the only name on the property. how can the wife protect herself, and they were marred at the time property was purchased. husband lost the home and only told wife they lost the home, i week before the house was sold. and they had to move out. is a legal seperation going to protect her in case the husband is responsible for other monies owed? he is not very responsible.

Currently I use WinkFlash.com and have been pleased with the quality and pricing - until my most recent order. They offer a program where they will mail you a CD with return postage paid. You can then copy a large number of photos to the CD and mail it in for prints instead of uploading them. Do you know of any other on-line printer that offers this type of service? Even with broadband, it takes too long to upload several hundred MB of photos so I like the CD option. I may stick with winkflash, but I would like to know what other options there are. Winkflash will only let you have one CD outstanding at a time, and since they come bar-coded for your account, you can't just use your own CD. So it has taken quite some time to get all of the photos from a recent trip printed since they take up 4 CD's. Mail one in, wait for the prints, request a new CD, mail it in, wait for the prints, etc...

I like the Internet printers, so I do not want to get them done in a store.

i'm looking for a laptop that will allow me to work away from the studio, not necessarily as a PC replacement but capable of doing the majority of things fast. i'll be running a number of graphics programs using large files - AutoCAD, photoshop, 3dsmax, sketchup. i'd also like it to be lightish and to be as thin as possible. i do some gaming, playing tomb raider etc and would like to use wifi, but it'd be a secondary to the ability to work. i also edit films and mp3s so something capable of running editing facilities at top speed would be handy. i'd have a top-end budget of £1000 but wouldn't want to spend much more than £700-800. any recommendations? maker? model? shops etc?

The younger brother of my colleage has psychological problems and refuses to seek professional help. This past weekend he met his sister at his parents. For no reason he walked to her, grabbing her by the hair and punched right into her eye. Before this he pushed his father and his father's wrist was broken. As family members, they probably won't sue him for such violence, but something MUST be done before another person gets hurt. He's like a walking bomb, and no one knows when he'll explode and hurt people. He used to hold a job but quit due to his problems. Can anyone here offer any suggestion? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I'm a 48 year old woman. I have a good job making $36,000 annually however I just recently got this job. My other jobs were not near this financially therefore I didn't get a opportunity to try and put money aside for retirement. Are there any investment companies out there that will not cheat me and are legal. I would like to hear from them and especially women who started putting aside a little late like me that now have something to fall back on. I don't know where to start and who to trust. I had my wisdom teeth out 20 days ago and it healed up fine. I woke up today to find my face swollen and I can't talk right. Inside my mouth is also swelling but I can breathe okay. I cannot eat and it is annoying. help me!!
