You can use any image editing software like Adobe Photoshop that lets you reduce the number of pixels and make the file smaller.
This is done either by reducing the number of pixels per square inch (resolution) or by selecting a smaller area from the whole picture and deleting the rest (cropping).

If you don't have an image editing software on your computer you should be able to find a freeware online which will do the job. Alternatively some websites where you can upload pictures also provide online tools to do the same.

If it is a bmp file do the following.
Open it in MS Paint and in the File menu do Save As.

In the window that pops up select the Save as Type as JPEG. It will reduce the size of the image.

It would be helpful if you can tell the format of the file and also the file size.

You need a free photo editing program which will convert your file to a smaller format like jpeg and also crop and clean it up for sending. Try the link supplied below to download the program. Good luck!

Try changing the type of image it is. BMP images are really big. If you were to open it up, and resave it as a PNG image, you would get an image with the same quality, but a smaller file size.

the 350 x 467 and one hundred fifty x one hundred fifty are certainly the size of the image, no longer kilobytes or megabytes. at the instant, your image is 350 pixels x 467 pixels. Use a picture manipulating application to make it smaller. regularly it relatively is performed in an edit > resize menu.

Convert it to another type ... Maybe convert the picture to Bitmap using "Paint" software if you have . Although it will lower the quality, it will save some space, if i am not wrong ... : ]
