My lease specifies a 90 day notice for termination. I notified the landlord (who lives in england) by email and she responded with regrets. I'm worried that we will move out, then the landlord will say we didn't provide legal notice and try to take my security deposit for time after the email notice. I will also be sending a written (and faxed) notice but this will be about 20 days later.

Also, CA Law seems to indicate a 30 day notice requirement. Is this superceded by the lease agreement which specifies 90?

I am seeing someone. This is our second time trying to date. The first time around, I was lied to, and cheated on. We never officially broke up, but we stopped talking. Eventually we started talking again, despite my rule of never talking to my ex's. We started dating again, but I feel that the person I am dating always puts there friends first. I don't want to be selfish, or jealous, however, I feel that I am always put on the back burner when it comes to the friends, and this was the case last time also.
Today I waited all day to hear from the person I am dating, but she never contacted me. I ended up texting her and it turns out she was swith friends, but I was pissed because she could have taken the time to call, text, im or something to say hello and see how my day was. She came home late (usually when she does something with her friends she is gone between 5 - 9 hours). What are your thoughts abuot this? Am I being too selfish or jealous?

I think from the stand point of the history channel..(lol) that it would be kinda interesting, but they didnt have AC to get out of the heat.

There is this girl Shroop,I love her so much that i know i want her and noone else in this whole world.I had This Elocution the other day,Her friend was also with me in the car as we proceeded towards the institution where it was being held.I asked her if she knew shroop, And then she started mimicing my voice as if both me and shroop were fools.Damn it, I was hurt.Later that evenin i messaged shroop and told her that 1 of her friends b i t c h e d me.She was damn mad at me and here's The message i received from her side:
"GET LOST into your f u c k i n world before i bash you up hard.Who on earth do i think u are to talk like that of my friend?U know what,Don't bother to call me up , coz u'll repent it."

Has she been so hurt? She's Not even taking my calls now. She's not replying to my messages and she's just like she's not there
And it hurts me .
