My entire bloodline on both sides of family have serious issues with drug/alcohol addiction and psycological malfuntion. Is it really hereditary and do I have a chance? Or do I just commit myself already and hope for the best?

How much do you pay or would pay to have your newborn watched by a friend that is not licensed 4 days a week??? I want to be fair to her. She also has a newborn of her own and is doing it for the extra cash. I am not sure the weekly cost of licensed daycares to compare any pricing to!

Okay, I just wondered how many people would click on this question. I realise that it's not as sexy as starting a question with CHRISTIANS! or ATHEISTS! but I figure everyone should get their chance, right?

I have been with Kaiser insurance for more than fifteen years now. I was insured through my mother's employer. Being that I am 31 years old, I understand that they normally cut off adult children being covered at the age of 18 (unless the child is in college). However, I had been covered by Kaiser Permanente up until around November of 2005. I had had coverage since I was around the age of 15. But now, they have cancelled my coverage. Before, when asked why, they didn't provide a clear answer as to why they revoked my coverage. But now, they are saying that it is due to my obesity and high blood pressure. I have basically stayed the same weight all these years. Since the age of 15, I have probably gained about 30 or 40 lbs. Can they legally do this to me? I am very angry that they refuse to allow me to have health insurance now, on the premise that I am "obese" and I have HBP. I am five foot ten, and weigh around 270. It's not like I weigh 800 lbs.- sheesh! What can I do?

Why does including elves, dragons, magic, etc. devalue a story in the eyes of many, even though it can be presented believably and the presence of magic and fantastical creatures doesn't effect the underlying message?

- still expanding as it is, is the result of a collapsed black hole from another dimension fuelling a big bang (with no central point) into what is now our dimension/cosmos, and that in the far future our known universe will itself collapse back into a super condensed pin prick of reversed polarity matter where it can no longer be tolerated due to energy/mass/gravity and bursts through a dimensional warp of it's own making, creating in less than the blink of an eye a completely new Cosmos?

I'm confused with this big time, it was a show on the discovery channel, 'tomb raiders' and they talked about someone named james 'the brother of jesus' Could someone please explain this to me, because Jesus was obviously gods only son, that was one of the major points of sacrificing him for all of our sins.---BTW i'm not jewish.

We were looking into taking a cruise for our honeymoon, what do you think? Are they fun? I've heard that on some cruise ships you can get bored easily so it's better to take a shorter cruise- is this true? How about the costs of food, drinks, extra things (spa)?

"We will stay here until our last breath under the banner of Hizbollah against the barbarians and terrorists of Israel and the United States," said Hashem Hashem, a 52-year old employee of the state-run Lebanese University.

When they kidnapped the two soldiers and killed eight others they had to know Israel was going to hit back. And if they want to fight to the last man, it's their choice. But for the sake of the civilians why don't they get out of town? If they stay in the middle of the cities there will be civilian casualties. There is no way around it.

Do they think because they stay in the city and hide behind women, children and the elderly Israel won't strike them?

And why does the media not scream as hard for Hezbollah to quit shooting rockets as it does for Israel to stop dropping bombs?
