The seller? or the book? The Bible is the highest selling book overall, not counting weekly ratings. I believe Scholastic may be the highest volume seller.

book seller would refer to the place selling the books wouldn't it? so i'm thinking amazon or barns&noble??
or did you mean number one selling book? then i'd say the bible.
