Anyone familiar with the Unlimited working permit in Rep of Ireland? Are they allow to work somewhere else if they being granted unlimited working permit?

We all experience racism (or some other form of discrimination). Is a person who openly verbalizes racists comments (or body language) worse than a person who pretends not to be - but definitely IS behind your back?

My sixteen-month-old son is unusually cranky these days. It doesn't take much to irritate him, he whines a great deal, and is generally miserable. I'm very worried! I tell myself he could just be entering the terrible two stage, but perhaps I should schedule a visit to his doctor. Did any of you have the same problem at this age? Any advice or comments would be useful.

My 4 year old Maine Coon has developed very very bad mats on her tummy. They are very close to the skin. She is very skittish and antisocial and I know that taking her to the vet would be an extremely stressful experience for everyone. So any tried and true home remedies would be much appreciated.
