Here you go:

Unlimited Work Permits
An unlimited permit is issued at the 5th renewal stage or after 5 years continuous service if an employee has been in employment with the same employer. An unlimited permit has a start date but no expiry date and entitles the employee to work for the specified employer for an unlimited period without the need to renew the permit yearly. In the event that the employee changes employment then the new employer must apply for a new work permit on their behalf. If an employer thinks that an employee qualifies for an unlimited work permit then the employer should specify this when they are submitting the renewal application form.
