Use shampoo. It works better than regular soap. Why? I have no idea. It just does. Next time your friend dyes her hair, either be more careful or put vaseline around her hairline to keep the dye from coming in contact with the skin. Good luck!

There are a few things you can try - cigarette ash (yes it does work)
Milk - again it does work
Hydrogen peroxide
Fairy liquid
An exfoliant or put some sugar into a handwash
You can buy hair dye removers but you have to get them from hair suppliers
Facial toner (one with alcohol)
Fake tan remover
When working in a salon we ran out of stain remover, so we used milk on clients.
Next time use vaseline or hair wax, and apply a thin layer all around the hairline and tops of ears, also get a wer cotton wool ball and rub off any hair dye on the skin after applying the colour, so that it doesnt have time to stain.
*In very bad cases you can water down bleach, but i wouldnt recommend this as its bad for your skin and yours hands will STINK forever, i did when my glove broke and i got black hair dye all over my hands!
