I am thinking of moving into an apartment with no utilities paid.
Could some one tell me what is the average water bill for normal size apartment like 2 bed/1bath in Los Angeles?
I'm sure it totally depends on how much water you use etc...but I just would like to know how much people normally pay. Just to get an idea.
I really appreciate your help!!

There are so many dead beat moms and dad in this country. The are hundreads of thousands of children who go unsupported because the absentee parent has better things to do with their time and money. For some, the threat of having their driver's license suspended, or their pay check or tax returned garnished, or jail time doesn't seem to do the trick. Maybe an apoointment with the needle would be more motivating. If you bring a child into this world have the decency to provide a quality life for them.

I'm considering homeschooling my goddaughter (at her request). I've read tons of articles & statistics listing the pros & cons, and have found organizations, classes, & gatherings, to make sure she gets plenty of social interaction with other kids. My only concern is that we are moving to a small home. I need good ideas on how to give her the best "classroom" experience in a limited space. Thanks in advance!

I am going to be in a wedding in a few weeks. Of course, first comes the bachelorette party. The maid of honor is hosting, and she is planning this lavish evening. I have already spent more than every penny I have on the dress, shoes, gifts, and plane tickets, not even to mention the time I'm taking off work. I really want to be a good friend and take part just like everyone else, but I have nothing left to give!! We are all pretty fresh out of college, and everyone's parents still help them except for mine.

How do I work this? Do I mention something to my friend or to the maid of honor? Or just kind of tactfully try to avoid certain costs of the party?

Just to clarify - it includes a limo, an expensive dinner, and "club-hopping" at various places, complete with various cover charges. Aaaaahhh!

Would any politicians sacrifice any part of their career in order to do good for the people? That principal is what made this country great, having the peoples best interests in mind. Nowadays they all make their decisions on what the rest of the party wants, not for what the people want. I for one didn't want 30 million dollars to go to Japan so they could promote their automobiles in out country, especially since the Ford plant in Minneapolis is closing and all those people have to find jobs. Shouldn't we just get rid of these political parties, what good do they do. Please tell me.

I was looking to use some coroprate entitiys to protect my upcoming property investments. I read pieces of informations on C & S corporations, Limited Partnerships and LLC's. Due to the compleexity and rules of each one I was seeking a CPA accountant who either invests in property and uses corporate entitys, or someone who works with people who do. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and since there are so many accountants I figured I would try this to I wouldnt have to talk to 100 of them to find 1. Internet is a great think as we all know, BUT with zillions of webpages it's hard to find what you're looking for.....wait, that's why they invented "Search engines" such as Yahoo...oh,ok.....wait ! what is this ? everytime I search in yahoo or google I get gazillion posible webpages matching my search criteria !! well, that's a problem by itself, but today I want to focus on "Home-based bussinessess", I can't use this info. because results are either scam or NOn-realistic get-rich-overnight-schemes (or scams?) that are a waste of time.......anybody has had a Real good experience which allows them to make money (modest, not overnight billionaires) ??? pls give me your must honest opinion......God bless you !

He acts like something is biting him, I faithfully use frontline plus, give bath regular, never seen flea. I do walk him 3 mi. per day and noticed some seed tics. I am washing it with soap, rinse, hydrogen peroxide, antibiotic cream x2 days. He is eating, does not act sick.
