1. When help wanted ads demand "references", do they mean just the NAMES of references or actual LETTERS of recommendation?

2. What is the usual format?
^ (Name of reference, phone number, home address....?)

3. How many should I include?
^ (I know that quality > quantity, but still.)

The help wanted ad to which I am responding is very brief, but it does manage to ask for a resume and "references."

I've typed up my resume with a short section entitled "References", included two names and the respective ways by which to contact them.

how will it hurt you to not believe in God? the way I see it is...
1. If hell really is made up hooie wouldnt you rather go to the Barbados?
2. how hard is it to actually want to do right and love with independent thought?
3. your not getting forced..and trust me you get alot more
rewards than anything..now and later (There is a dessert stand at the end)
4. why not let your mind ponder things...it - when educated - can explain much in the real world - even that Satan is not real - meaning he can't make you try to not rationlize things and
come up with answers to believe in God! some things are just so explainable and that's how they are supposed to be. Our minds have more than enough ability to learn things and we dont need religious hooie to prove that!!

These are two videos I made and posted on youtube...I can't get animated clips or anything so on the anime one I used pics of the character we were talking about.

In the Anime video mah friend is asking me my opinions of random characters. I tell her truthfully.
At the end:
Her: Kisame?
Me: Fishiiiiieeeee
Her: He's my fishie... -.-
Me: They didn't need to know that.

In the other one it's a random slideshow of me (yes, me) freaking over a dog I'm petsitting eating a sock. A whole sock.

I am tired of politicaly correctness, and like the guy in the incredibles said "let's make everyone special, so no body really is. I am tired of people who has chosen to be hipocritical, to be policatly correct. I rather have give a headbutt and know its true felings, that hide behind words like the Italian guy, and come to say later that Zizou is his biggest hero. I rather have someone called me black, fat, small, ugly, etc. than having someone just being nice to disguise its true fellings. People are trying to deny what we are inheritaly animal in survival mode. Trying to deny being angry and control that feeling is as asking anyone to control being hungry, sexual, or happy. Where is honesty, where is dignity, where is protection and restoration of ones integrity. Zizou did what he felt and I applaude him for that. He was honest, the Italian guy is disonest! I am proud of Zizou for defending his honor and his family's honor without being hiprocitical.
