try epsom salt = 1 lb, or even 2.
plus, pak of baking soda.
soak in the tub, adding hot water as needed.
add evening primrose oil to the bath - rub it in your skiin.
look for a homeopathic remedy for your affliction.
colon cleanse.
lots and lots of veges
water
no o.j.
no coffee
no alcohol
no skin from chickens etc
no dairy, except plain yogurt, butter milk - a little.

I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. Examples include Enbrel, Humira, oral meds, creams, oils, salts, coal tar, etc and the list is much more extensive that I can't even remember all of the names. Are you sure it's psoriasis? One thing you can do is to get out in the sun. Put sun screen on the area where there are not any psoriasis patch. Wear shorts or a bathing suite so the sun can get to those area where you have psoriasis. You can buy Elta cream at CVS Pharmacy and apply just a LITTLE bit to the area, it goes along way. Do not use Elta cream and go out side!! As for better treatment, go to a dermatologist, who will prescribe vitamin D or corticosteroid ointment.

My little boy had eczema on his cheeks. I was not sure what method to use but I didn't want to make my boy go through any surgery treatments at this young age. Some suggested a plastic surgeon since it was in a very visible location but our family doctor recommend this natural guide.
