My adult son was unable to work for several months following his illness and hospital stay. He required extensive care from home health for about 3 months. He finally went to work and started making payments on his hospital bill each month. The hospital has turned his balance over to a collection agency. They are now calling and offering a reduced amount to settle or asking him to agree to pay a monthly amount that is more than he can afford. He has a 7 year old son to support as well as trying to save enough money to move out of my home. I would appreciate any help in answering this issue. Thank you.

I am 19 years old and I have a ten month old daughter named faith and she is so mean, she straches and bites and pulls my hair. But that I could be less worried about ya see I have 2 face piercing and I feel as if ppl look at me as if I am A bad mother to my daughter, But I do everything by the book with my Daughter. He was fine one day and the next morning, he was ill & in alot of pain. Took him to the vet that morning. The vet explained the x-rays to us & showed us that one part of his stomach was bloated. The other part near his rectum was compared "normal" to the bloated part of his intestine. They didnt say anything was wrong with the unbloated part. They said they needed to keep him for observation to make sure his bowels didnt twist, or anything. We went home, and I wasnt worried. I was confident that we would pick him up in 24-72 hours. Because that was the amount of time they said they wanted to keep him in case there was surgery needed. At 2 am in the morning, the vet called & said they were going to operate. About 7 minutes after that, they called and said his intestines were dead, that they were not able to save his intestine so he needed to be euthanised. I am heartbroken. Why did they "observe" him for 10 hours b4 they operated? Could he have been saved? I feel like they let him die.

Ok, the United States has many types of fast food: Burgers, Pizza(Italian), Tacos/Burritos(Spanish/Mexican), Chinese, Japanese(yes you can get fast Japanese food)... but I have yet to find a fast food restaurant that serves French cuisine. No, French "Freedom" Fries don't count.

I am a middle aged white male living in central Mississippi where Baptist churches are still segregated. Yes, still now, in the 21st century, white preachers have told me:
1. God is white.
2. God lets ****ers in heaven, but makes them white 'cause there ain't no ****ers in "their" heaven.
3. Blacks like the current arrangement (segregated churches) and that all are better off for it.
The black churches are identified as "Missionary Baptist" so the white folk don't make any mistakes.

Blacks are also strongly discouraged from attending southern white baptist churches funeral, wedding, or christening services. In my minds eye, I can see the spirits of cloaked clansmen plotting and carrying out lynchings from the pews.

Do those "undergarment" pouches really work? I have one that goes under the waistline of the pants and another that hangs from a string around your neck under your shirt. I'd like to have as little as possible in my pockets!

Also, I WILL have to carry a small bag (and i look like a tourist anyway...fat, white, blue eyes), so would little padlocks on the zippers be a good idea? Seems like pickpockets on a train or bus would rather go after someone with an easier bag to get in. Am I right??

Any other ideas that might help??

I'm not even sure how he got my number to begin with. He's been calling almost daily for that last 8 months. I can't block him because he calls as a private caller. I can't report him to police because I have no idea who he is or what he looks like. It's becoming a real pain to deal with. Sometimes he calls and doesn't say anything. One time I got my aunt to tell him to stop calling and he was like..."I've never hit her, I'm good to her but she hates me". It's really scary. Any ideas?

I need some help. I have/had a crush on this guy (my old boss, we dont work together anymore but keep in touch sometimes) for years while we worked together. But I never did anything about it because he was married long before I met him. And I would not to try to get a guy who's married. Anyways, there is and always has been a really strong attraction between us, there is no denying it and I am pretty darn sure he felt the same way about me as I felt about him (signs). Well over the years I fought this off and I got married and have a great marriage and beautiful baby. But, every once in a while he will call or email (innocently, we have always had a respect for each other and each others relationship) and everytime I talk to him, or have a dream about him or something, all those feelings come back. I hate it and I want to be rid of it, but I dont want to just stop talking to him completely because I would always miss him. He's a wonderful person that I dont want to not know.
