It is generally found on the passengers side of the vehicle under the dashboard. It is usually tucked in a spot that is not easy to touch. Make sure if you are going to mess with it that the battery is disconected and that you ground yourself out before touching it and be sure not to let you body build up any kind of static charge while you are working on it. But mine is bolted to the side of my throttle body

it is part of the on-board computer system...don't mess with it if you do not know what you are doing...
