Yesterday I noticed someone had the same avatar as I did so I jokingly asked the question, how have you managed to get the same little pic as mine when I thought I was so unique.I was expecting perhaps a humorous reply instead it was a bitchy reply.Why are people like this and is there need for it.

nightly abuse with both drugs, often mixed. using for 2 years and im afraid to go cold turkey, i just need a real suggestion of steps i can take without going to a Dr. im not mentally prepared to stop compleatly, and im afraid to tell my loved ones. anything i can try for me to help myself in private.

I can hardly sleep @ all. Even doubling up on my prescription sleep medication, I still wake up about every hour or so & get up for a few minutes. It's driving me crazy. It's like I lay down & all my thoughts, worries & problems start swirling through my head. I don't seem to fall asleep until the sun comes up. I've been depressed. Been looking for a job. But lately, I've gotten in the BAD habit of not falling asleep until the sun is up, then sleeping till after noon (having nightmares & waking up all through the night). And I'm still tired, no many how many hours of sleep I do get. With no kind of sleeping pills, I can't even start to fall asleep. I have no insurance anymore, recently lost it. I need to find a way to sleep @ night, @ a decent hour, fall asleep quickly, feel comfortable while sleeping & wake up feeling refreshed & alert. Any suggestions? (Plus, I want off sleeping pills, I'd love to be able to live w/out them)
