I'm trying to make my old internal hard drive an external one by putting it in an enclosure. which side are they measuring. my drive measures 4 in x 5.75 in and .75 thick. so which size enclosure will work for mine? It is Maxtor model 34098h4 if anyone know what that means.

We are thinking about making our Loan Officers from 1099 independent contractors to w-2 employees and use a Draw pay system to pay them. All I know about it, is that it's an advance payment until they earn their commission. Once they earn commission, we subtract what was advanced from their paycheck. How would we write their contracts?

What if we used 2*Pi as the constant of choice?
Ti = 2*Pi

Then
Circumfence of a circle = (r)(Ti)
Full circle has Ti radians
Formula for volumn of a cylinder containing a sphere = (Ti)(r^3)
Limit as x approaches infinity of (x)sin(360 deg / x) = Ti

The only formula that I know off of the top of my head that is simplier using Pi is the area of a circle, but doesn't it make more sense as (Ti)(r^2)/2 based on the integral of the circumfrance?

What do you think? Are we more likely to find an alien signal with hydrogen * 3.14159... or hydrogen * 6.28318...

When I right-click any item found on the All Programs menu nothing happens. I used to get a context menu. Also, I can no longer drag and drop any of the programs or program folders. How can I reenable these features for the All Programs menu? I do not have these problems elsewhere within WinXP.

I like Siberian Huskey's, and the other dog that looks just like them, but I wonder what the difference is in their demeanor. I am also considering a Shar-pei, but don't know about their demeanor either. Do you like these dogs or do you recommend something else? And what kind of dog should I avoid getting? I know that when you use something strong as proactive people often break out more in the beginning and it gets clearer. Is it like that for benzoyl peroxide too? I been using it for almost weeks but i dont see any results. I also used neutrogena body clear body wash containing salicylic acid before using benzoyl peroxide but that didnt really work for me either. any recommendations on what else there are that i can use? Oh and i dont have severe acne just mild. Thanks

I just think that the best shows were ones from the decades I was little and before I was born. And even when they're revived they usually come up with a lousy spin-off. There are just fewer and fewer shows out there worth watching nowadays.
