usually when i feel sad i just need to go shopping. today i felt sad all day and then went shopping and bought a skirt and some groceries.....that made me feel a bit better. it's better than gulping down a whole chunk of chocolate that will only make you more fat......that would make you feel even worse later on when you see the weight. when you're sad, go shopping.....

Oh that hormonal sadness can be really bad and feel awful. Actually I get 10 mg Paxil and it helps when I get those days. That is the lowest dosage possible. Hang in there. I hope you feel better soon.

I eat ice cream or chocolate...it always helps me. I also write stories..or dance. Listen to music. Anything to get my mind of feeling sad. It usually helps.
Think of what you like to do and than do it. and take your mind of hormones and sadness...watch a really funny movie or...go out and hang with friends.

I know how you feel. When I'm in those moods I listen to some tunes or clean my house, anything to keep my mind off things that make me sad. It'll pass, it always does.
Or just go in the fridge and pig out.. just kidding.

My mom always says to eat chocolate. I like to give myself some time and watch a really cheesey movie... a really sappy one that makes me cry it all out. Then I laugh at myself really hard for being such a girl.

Usually a good cry will releive some of the sadness.
If not do something like work out to increase your endorphins.

I do the total opposite. I find those pj that I love but my bf hates and get a really funny comedy that I enjoy laugh until it passes.

I feel your pain!! :) I get like that too. I like to kind of be alone during those times, mainly because I feel like crap and I dont want to scream at my husband for being insensitive. :)
Chocolate ice cream makes me feel better! :)
