How can I reenable the right-click context menu in the Start / All Programs menu in WinXP?

When I right-click any item found on the All Programs menu nothing happens. I used to get a context menu. Also, I can no longer drag and drop any of the programs or program folders. How can I reenable these features for the All Programs menu? I do not have these problems elsewhere within WinXP.

I think you do not have Permission of modifying the start menu. But u must be Adminstrator for doing that.

1. Click Start->Run->gpedit.msc
2.Now open User Configration->Adminstrative Tamplates->Start Menu and TaskBar
3. Now Select Remove drag and drop context menus on the start menu
disable above feature. Restart ur computer . u have done it.
