I had 4 abdominal surgeries in 3 years (2 c-sections) & broke my tail bone in 3 places during a fall - I can't do sit-ups or crunches & thought about getting one of those Ab-Flex contraptions - any suggestions what I can do to strenghthen my abdominal region? Other than this gut on the front of me, the rest of me is in pretty good shape. Need to strengthen my core & tighten up what I can!

It is interesting that I read so much on the Big Bang but the odds of it happening and so much well thought balance and structure occuring is ridiculous. Put it on this scale....an atom bomb goes off and New York City appears. Science has shown us a lot but most scientist still can't explain the basics. Evolution.....joke. If you evolve from something should not the being you evolved from disappear. Yet, every zoo in the world has a chimpanze. If the world just shifted a few degrees on its axis, we would all either freeze or burn up but surly we would die. But, you want me to believe that an explosion did the calculations. It takes more faith to believe in science then to believe in God. I would rather believe in him then my 10th grade science teacher any day.

yr to POWER our autos? How many barrels of ETHANOL would it take to replace the shipments of gas to our country. He says that we would have to MATCH what is imported & then add 10% more because Ethanol gets slightly less mpg. He also says that ETHANOL can now be produced from many many different sources, such as sugar cane, sorghum, wheat, barley, green chlorophyll veges, kelp/seaweed . Folks HEY COME ON this IS ROCKET SCIENCE, Right now we currenly use 15% ETHANOL in our cars because it helps cut dn CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSIONS, Lets "FLIP THE SWITCH" on our FUELING PROCESS over to include all the items listed above. Brazil runs their entire country on ETHANOL made from sugar cane WE CAN DO IT TOO? Lets co-op & build refineries of THE PEOPLE, let's force the gov't to build ETHANOL refineries in our country, let's e-mail & write our pig swilling congressmen & make them get off their PORK swilling behinds & start working for the PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE SO HELP ME GOD

For all those complaining about the laws, school, etc impinging on what you believe, I have but one thing to say "MAJORITY RULES".

What if I said I believe murder is right and I am upset with the laws and the way it's taught in school? I'm sure I could get a few thousand signatures.

Same thing for those atheists who don't like seeing a cross, and get the ACLU to sue everyone who believes in God.

The average person watches television how many hours a day? It is a perfect medium for educating the people of the world and yet the best they can give us is a bunch of creeps living together in a house who can't get along and are paid not to. This archaic device called the TV is still in every home and is a great opportunity for us all to learn...why is it not being used as such?
