If you don't already have it, get a good anti-virus program such as McAfee or Norton's. Also get a firewall. It's a lot of work to keep a computer virus free, but it is possible.

You can use a proper antivirus. Norton MCAfee and AVG are the few. But AVG is free of charge, all u gotta do is..just login to www.download.com and search AVG and get it loaded to ur hard and run it. It has free virus definition too. So cool use it and avoid virus, but if u have spyware try in same download.com the Ad-aware that will protect ur pc from spyware and slowing down. So the best combination is AVG and Adaware

when u get Virus
u need a good updated Anti virus
use some thing like Norton Anti Virus Or Mcafee
keep them alway up to date
and scan your entire hard disk for viruses

dont open any emails that you dont know the person who is sending them
if you cant get rid of the virus, you will have to wipe it clean and reformat.
