Seems overly conservative. Why "go overboard" and create an LLC when I have insurance on the rentals I own? Seems like the chances are slim and none that I'd have a problem on one of my properties that would exceed the insurance policy I have. Does anyone have opinions one way or the other...or horror stories to share?

i guess u can call my look metrosexual but i always hear girls saying that gay guys dress the best and i figure u dont have to be gay to dress really good right? so if girls see me wearing a certain style that most guys dont wear (and im not talking extreme just, u kno, different) will they think im gay? are girls completely turned off by the metro look?

In da summer, Ima go to New York to a bigga hotel. I go go to eat soma breakfast. I tella da waitress I wanna two piss toast. she branga me only onea piss. I dont even knw the lady and she calla me a sonnamabit*h.So I go back to my room and theres no sheet on my bed. I calla the manager and tell him i wanna sheet. He tells me to go to the toliet. For my husband's next birthday I am taking him to a strip club. (Our rule is we can look at others but not touch--plus I'm bi and think both of us will really enjoy this--even more so with each other. Please dont moralize with me here I only want answers to the questions I'm asking.) Neither of us have ever been, we only know what we've seen on TV and movies. So I'm dying to know: What should both of us wear? What should we do, bring, and expect? What should we not wear/do/expect? Dear Editor:

So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is
made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear
down the Statute of Liberty because the people now in question aren't
being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and
other ports of entry.
Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like
Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of
immigrant any longer.

The temp gage went all the way to "H" but the engine didn't die. Is it O.K. to drive it to the service station which is a mile away or should I have it towed? If I drive it that distance will I ruin the engine?
