Well, start running on a treadmill for an hour and start losing weight but you gotta do it at your speed so don't just start running for an hour. So do it little by little and then put more speed on it around um.. i would say 7 to 8 depending on your speed. The more you sweat, the more calories will be burn. But if you feel fatigued or anything different stop immediately and see a doctor before things get worst. I am sure you will look pretty good after running for a month. Good luck.

Well, belive it or not you could loose 20 lbs in 1-2 months instead of 6. And keep it off! I learned that a great way is to become a vegetarian. It sounds extreme, but you get the hang of it. All you need to keep in mind is although becoming a vegetarian, you still need the correct amount of nutrient, mineral, and vitamin intake. Replace fruits and veges for your snacks instead of candy and sweets. It sounds groose to be a vegen, but its not. I loved it. The food was great. I lost alot of wheight doing this. Also, running is great exersize, it keeps the weight off. Running is one of the best forms of activity you can get. And running is really fun once you run for a while. Soon it becomes addictive and you cant stop running. You may even consider going to a marathon and become one of the runners! Sounds fun right?

I lost 30 pounds in three months from watching my fat and sugar intake and I went to curves three times a week.

I tried all those diet pills. Slimquick, cortislim, green tea, trimspa, NV. And none of them worked. I may have lost a few pounds but I put it back on right away. Just watch your sugar and fat intake and exercise. Good Luck!!

That averages out to losing about 1 pound per week, which is healthy. To do that, reduce your calories by 500 per day, either by buring more calories through exercise or by consuming fewer calories from food and beverage.

Eat only vegetables and fruits with some bread. Then do a lot of exercise like walking, running or swimming.

Very simple.

Eat your healthy meals on time on a schedule every day.

Quit eating unecessary junk between meals. Really. If you feel hungry, drink water instead.

Don't eat junk as your meals.

That's all. Some exercise is good, It will also help so you can sleep good at night.
