i am 13 and in the fall i will b goin to high school. i am not fat at all but i would like to be in better shape, get stronger, and overall feel better about myself. since i am going into the JROTC program in high school i really would like to be in better shape. any workout i can do over the summer and still get results would be great. thanks in advance!!

I met this guy online in last September 05 who told me he would conquer my heart . I was not sure about this whole online dating stuff. But i wanted to give it a try and now i feel like a fool. He was calling me almost everyday, sending poems. We got pretty good along together and i begun to fall for him. It took me time to drop my guard down and when i finally did, he is now acting like a jerk. He wanted me to marry him and to join him in the USA. After long hesitation i decided last April 06 to visit him for a week. Everything went well. It was not all good but not all bad. I found out during my stay that he was still married but separated. He served me the excuse that he did not share this major information with me because he did not want me to worry about any detail. He was thoughful and sweet all along my visit but when i return to Belgium he totally changed and is very distant. No more calling , letters.. And i am to proud to call to have a good talk. What should i do to move on?

i dont want to just give money away. i want to do it intelligently and for there to be some level of satisfaction.

i dont think i could ever feel comftorable living well knowing how hard life is for some people.

...im not rich or anything. I make an average income. but up to this point in my life ive been dirt poor. i know what its like and i know people in other parts of the world have had it 1000X wore than i ever have. how can i do something about something...any ideas PLEASE!

people paying $100 to go from coast to coast seem to think the fare includes (somehow) large comfortable seats, gourmet meal, lots of free amenities, free bottle of water, movies or TV and so on..
Air travel has become little more that a really fast bus.
Why do you expect so much more?

After choosing Best Answers and rating Resolved ones this morning, I've decided that during all those years of telling students, "There is no such thing as a stupid question." I was wrong.
