What is anime? It is a form of expression.
The people who do anime are letting other people know what is going on in their imagination. Instead of just plain text, the pictures that go with it add a special effect that could not be conveyed in any other way.

Anime rocks because it's animation for adults (though I admit that a lot of the stuff makes it across the ocean is watered down and childish). It's a lot deeper that most people expect it to be, and it can be one big drawn out story without the restraints of live-action television (like expenses because of cool special effects).
To me, the best anime is like great poetry.

Anime is simply an animated production from Japan. Japanese cartoons basically.

anime is in general a japanese cartooning version, but i think that's racist because koreans also have a 10% of the animating. animation's root word is anime. anime is just sophisticated asian cartooning that's turned into art, books, or a tv show, or movie

I love anime and must watch them everyday!
without them,i will be very upset...
but i wont let that happen!!!!
