He is so good, very fun and never bites, will momentarily calm when we pick him up to get out of trouble spots, but when in lap will wiggle and be so wild after play session, any ideas, techniques for calming?

no other religion does it. so why are christians always been called hypocrites? if not for christian charities most of the poor kids in africa and asia will die of sickness and hunger.

The reason behind this question is my hubby and I cut each others hair. I shave his head and he trims mine to a reasonable length - this is because we don't earn alot and have to save money any way we can.

Now, I fancy a change of hairstyle and my hubby remembers seeing a TV program where the hairdresser gathered all the hair up into a pony tail on the top of the head and then just cut the pony tail off. This produced a nice layered cut which just needed a little tidying up. I, however, am not sure about this and want to see it demonstrated before I do something so drastic...

So basically if you have had this or another simple method used on you, how did it turn out? Do you have a picture anywhere so I can see how it went? Or do you know of a website where this technique is demonstrated?

I had always dream of playing
cricket in RANJI trophy or in domestic levels but
due to some problems i could never join any cricket
coachings or club AND even i have never played any
under 13's or under 16's etc. but now i have no
problem and wish to join cricket club ....BUT now i
am 17..and my freinds says my age of playing cricket
has gone..and if i join any cricket academy it will
take many years to reach any higher level.. were as
players of my age has already reached in that stage.
IS IT TRUE ?...i am good player, and if i really
play good cricket and practise hard is it not
possible that i can play under 19 in 2 years...is my
age not sufficient ?will any club will take me
now?as boys play in the clubs since childhood. IS
THERE ANY SCOPE FOR ME PLEASE REPLY !!

I'm mad but I'm not mad at the person who gave it to me. I had strong feelings for them..but I'm mad that they didn't warn me beforehand. I'm not sure if I can talk to them or not anymore. Do you feel like you are being judged on this board without anyone having any knowledge of you? I have seen countless Christians on this board answering questions with tolerance and love, and MANY posts by non-christians saying that all Christians are mean, and forceful, and hypocritical. If people really want to know about something, and they are reading posts answered with tolerance and love, why cant they atleast cut it down to some Christians, and not all, as many here have proved to be an example that not all of us are forceful rude, or trying to convert non-believers?
Dont let a few bad appleas ruin the bunch. I'm so tired of being lumped in with the hard core religious right. Why cant non-believers just admit they only have knowledge of what SOME christians are like and stop generalizing?

On the other hand, as some Christians do, why cant they stop telling non-believers they are hopless, and lost, and confused? Thats not going to prove anything to anyone.

An airline captain was helping a new blonde flight attendant prepare for her first overnight trip. Upon their arrival, the captain showed the flight attendant the best place for airline personnel to eat, shop and stay overnight.

The next morning as the pilot was preparing the crew for the day's route, he noticed the new stewardess was missing. He knew which room she was in at the hotel and called her up to ask what happened to her.

I can't claim innocence, in my younger days, I smoked pot, my neighbor however, was asked to do no drugs or drink alcohol while my children were in her care ( this should be asked of ANYONE who has children and is trusting them with someone else! It's just plain common sense! ) She gave me her word. We had a falling out due to some pretty serious lies she had been spreading in out neighborhood, not just about me, but numerous people in the neighborhood. So I pulled my kids out of her care, and found them another place ASAP. One of my 6 yr old twins, tells me the other night that this neighbor told him what weed was and showed him how to smoke it out of "her glass thing that makes bubbles" I put off calling the police, but did eventually, i also filed a complaint with Department of Family Services. The landlord and 3 other people found paraphanelia in her home and she has yet to be evicted ( this is going on almost a month now )
