All the books I see on preparing for law school are about the LSAT, choosing schools, how to study, etc...I'm looking for a book that outlines (not like a detailed commercial outline for current students) the first year classes. I.e. like this is what a contract is, these are the types, this is what a tort is, etc... I can't find any on Amazon...any advice?

be in a state of constant prayer, and share God's word with those around them, how can those who tell Christians to save prayer for home and church still claim that they support the right to free practice of religion?

Christians by the very nature of their religion can not check that religion at the door wether at school, work, or in a government office.

So I will just let my frustration out here, and not subjec real people to my whining. : My f*n sister is SOO SO SO over the top gorgeous, its not even funny. She is like a barbie with those long legs, perfect skin, hair and face. SHe has everything! everything. Everyone loves her and she always gets the upper hand on pretty much EVERTHING (the sad thing is I am NOT exxagerating) I used to try to just ingore it and notpay attention when my parents give her preference and I just fade to nothingness, but it is beginning to annoy me more and more. I know it sounds like simple jealousy, but I really think its just a Frustration out of me being helpless and not able to do anything about it! I really dont care what she is and does IF my nose wasnt rubbed into it all the time !! It drives me nuts when I see her ( we dont live together) and I start feeling real sorry for myself... What the hell can I do about this??? Have you been in the same situation? Anyone !!!????

We are going to get rid of him next week . I dont know what else to do and our children are devestated. He has a kong and chew toys and bones but he is outside digging and chewing plants.He has chewed over 20 shoes, a bar stool a chair in my living roo, All sorts of materials and textures. We are desperate. Will he outgrow it? We have tried sprays and reprimands and praising and everythign we have heard of. I really love his sweet temperment but we are at hte end of our rope. I am a 29 year old female.....
I love my man....
The only problem is i was in a 10 year marrage from hell...
I have a great child from that marrage but thats the only good thing that came out of it...
Now am with a great man who i love more then anything.. He has taken my daughter in as his own.
We have discussed marrage several times ..Each time brought up by him....
I am always worried about what comes out of my mouth I dont want to hurt him and i dont want to lose him..
I would give him the world if i can ..
But am worried that if we got married he might change into what my ex was....
am not sure what to do.. we have discussed it and he knows i love him and i would spend the rest my life with him...
I am just scared of marrying again...
