I have been having panic attacks for over a year now with no explanination at all..I have been to several doctors for my thyroid, heart and nothing..I have no more options I dont know what to do ..I take ativan for them but this dont help. I have them several times a day every day and they last for hours ..Does anyone experience this and what do you do for it..any suggestions?

OK so like I'm 13. I weigh 110 lbs and im 5'3-4". I want to like muscle up for a part in a play that I'm in. If I eat about 2,500-3,000 calories a day, do cardio-yoga-abs workouts for like 1.5 hours every day, then how long will it take til I see real results or even just a little?

I have been talking to this guy online. I do know him personally but he doesn't live in this town. He says that he doesn't belive in love and that he doesn't care what anyone thinks of him or what he does. As we have been talking, he has said that he cares for me and that he cares what I think. He won't say that he has any real deep feelings but he will say that he has feelings for me. He says that he feels an attraction to me and we had talked almost everyday. Now we aren't talking as much because his shifts keep changing at work. When he isn't at work, he gets online and talks to me. He has said that he is interested in me sexually but we have talked for a few years, on and off. Now he admits he wants something sexual. Do you think he is falling for me or is it my wishful thinking? I don't want to get involved with someone who can't love and is only interested in having sex. He says that he cares for me but he keeps everything else to himself. We are both involved with someone else.

I want to get my hair straightened again after going without for 4yrs. Now my Afro hair is depressing me and I need to get it straight again but don't want to use a chemical one as I'm scared I'll get alopecia. I have lots of ripped internet dvd movies i use the program apollo divx to dvd creator its great but,it takes forever to burn my movies im wondering does it suppose to go through the encoding first for all the burning programs? are is it a waist of time burning ripped movies. What is the difference between ripped movies and full dvd movies? another question is would i have to go through the converting ,encoding steps if i start downloading full dvd movies?

I dont think any modern team including the heat or the mavericks or the spurs or the jazz could take them. they had a great big man in elvin hayes, a supershooter in bob "basketball" dandridge, and a great bench headed by charles johnson. they blew through the playoffs and dominated. i think they are the best team ever. i await your arguments.
