I went to the doctor yesterday and he said my hip and lower back pain is caused by a sacral rotation in my left hip. I have looked all over the web to figure this out in plain english and I still don't understand. What is it and how can I help myself here?

Ok, read this

A girl have sex with a guy 1. Everything seems alright til the next month. She even had her period at a regular date. A week after her period, she has sex with guy 2. I don't know what to expect. My doctor thinks it will probably affect the upper part of my body since my arms and hands don't work right sometimes and I have problems with my speech and sight.
