I have been pulling mine out with plastic bags covering my arms. It comes out really easily. It is best to do it right after a rain storm or after hosing it down as it washes down the oils from the leaves. If It touches your skin, you will have up to 30 minutes to scrub it off your skin with soap before the reaction sets in.
