Love is when you share your reverence of life. When you share your joys and sorrows, when you share your thoughs and feelings, when you share your heart and soul, when you make someone yours. Its a feelings and not really something that you can measure.

Love is what you perceive it to be. Love has to exist because man made it so. It is a word that is generally used to describe an emotion of strong attachment to another living creature. In my opinion, love would seem to be a very advanced state of limerence. It is quite a confusing thing, and the true definition of love has been altered by overuse of the word, so that people who want to feel elite by being "in love" continue to redefine the word to make it more complex than it should be. Love is an emotion of strong attachment and caring, as well as the actions that go along with showing love for another, such as always being there for a friend or lover when they need you for something.

it is a blessing of God it is similar to term faith
God loves us for this he gives his son to save us
love is the wish of a dying person, its the only thing which can make peaceful even the end of life
it is a power which can make a stone to have feelings

Love is the feeling that you want to do it without return. If you can throw away the concept of give and take, then you are in love.

i've been told that love is not a feeling it's an action b/c without loving actions even the deepest of love can grow cold.

This is what I call "True love": Yearning, desiring and praying for God's absolute best in life for the other person, even if you're not it.
