We are building a new home in Arizona, about 2500 sq ft, and the builder is asking for about $3K to upgrade the exterior wall insulation to urethane. They claim that this insulates the home from sound, dust, and bugs (cold is not a real issue here). I am highly allergic to dust and almost everything that blooms, and my spouse really dislikes bugs, so we are considering doing the upgrade. Is it worth it, and why?

Why is Andrea Yates (who killed her 5 children) only being charged for 3 of the 5 deaths? I don't get it.
I also read it is common amongst multiple murders to only be charged for some of them, and not all of them.
Hello? Please explain.

My bfriend & I have been 2gether 1 yr & 3 mths.I have kicked him out a few times cuz I found out he was emailing & txting other girls.Also has lied 2 me about other things.We had a baby in November 2005.The baby was 2 mths early with Down's Syndrome. After I went back to work I found out my job was being downsized. He got fired from his job right after I stopped working. Since February he has only had 1 job. He doesn't do much of anything to contribute to the chores w/o me nagging him. I get unemployment, SSI for my son & child support for my other son. My lease will be up in Sept; don't plan on renewing it. Cuz he hasn't worked & all my money has gone to paying all of the expenses we haven't saved towards getting another place. I can stay with my parents but he can't.I think'n bout telling him that he needs 2 get stuff his 2gether & we can work on it then. I have no respect 4 him cuz of this. I care bout him but don't feel any love cuz of this. What should I do?

Like I asked a couple Mos ago, My GF is very controlling. Somehow, she managed to ride the storm and once again I find myself under her control. Please do not tell me bad stuf nor insult me. I am no wimp, I just happen to love a woman that I never knew would be so cunning. She needs to control all aspects of the relationship, and she does it with loving cunning tactics. She is no tyrant, but she sure wants to hold the throne, and, in my desire to please her, I feel I am sinking lower and lower under her belt.
She mixes my love for her, with my supposed and unconditional surrender to her authority. She makes it very difficult for me to react, becasue when I do, she turns into the most loving woman ever on the Earth, and , if I press on an issue, she can go from cunning to explosive. That scares me, I never had situations in which I had to confront women getting mad or hystrerical, and in my efforts to calm her down, I end up giving up to her.
I feel trappedbut I luv R
