I have sacrificed a great deal for the girl who i love and am engaged to. I had the opportunity to go to Yale on a full scholarship, but since it was too far away, i gave it up and stayed locally. I changed my career goals, my education goals, some of my childhood dreams, my schedule, etc. I always wanted to live on the east coast, and i will never see the realization of that dream (at least not for a long time) because she is moving to the west coast (a place which i hate might i add). i hav changed a great deal for her, and i sometimes regret giving up my dreams, until i start to think about what i gained for those sacrifices; and that is the love of my life. So, as of today, i live with no regrets and i do not feel like i made a mistake.

I am a people pleaser. I changed something about me for every boyfriend I have ever had. It is not a good thing to do because ultimately you are only hurting yourself. One day you will grow tired of being "fake" around this person. You will either hate him for not loving what he never saw or you will hate yourself because you aren't what he wants. It's definitely not a good situation.

i never done that. im me. if u dont like how i act and who i hang around then u gots to go. i have/had(i really dont care about her now cuz of this) friend who would change up on me and my friends. be wit us then for da weekdayz and when a party r certain people would come around she would be miss pop u know. one day i called her out laid it all in da line. she cried and got mad but it was da truth, even her friend agreed wit me. she came back and ask what she was doing wrong and she just kept doin it and lyin to us so f her. i still want her to be safe but shes not herself. only when shes around me she be who she is

I haven't done that yet, but my old best friend changed for his girlfriend and in the process lost a few friends (including me), I have known him for six years and within one day we stopped being friends. Be careful and just be who you like to be and not who people want you to be.

i used to smoke, but then i quit cuz my then bf asked me to stop. i liked it...i think me quiting smoking was a good thing. but i know what u mean....
