I excersize 1 hour each day, and walk about 1:30 hours. I think that's more than enough really. I'm not about to do more. And my calorie intake is low because I'm a raw food vegan and I really don't want to stuff myself with tons more of veggies and fruit when I don't have the taste for it.

I am reading that these are things I do have to do though, in order to lose more weight.

I don't believe that.

Well how then do all those anorexic girls lose weight? I'm sure they don't eat more to lose more weight.

I'm not comparing myself to a diseased woman, I'm just asking if I can continue with my normal excersize/diet plan and get over this weight loss plateau?

MY Ipod Shuffle Doesn't Show The Battery Indicator Light/ I Cant Tell If It Is On Or NOt!!!?

I Cant Tell If My Ipod Shuffle Is On Or Not, It Doesn't Play Any Music Either. I Might Need To Call Costumer Ser. But I Wanted To Ask If Any One Knew What That Ment. I Thought I Had To Charge It Longer. Since I Dont Know When The Last Time It Was Charged. My Computer Is showing That My Shuffle Has Music On It But When I Eject It From My Computer I Never get A LIght Or Music. I Bout This From My Frined . He Does'nt Have A Computer And He Did'nt Know What To Do With It. ( hE gOT iT aS a gIFT.) DOES ANYONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON Here !!!!!!!

Osma Bin Lardin (Who cares how you spell his name) was invited to a party by the queen of England?

There was other famous people too. Tony Blair, Brad Pitt, and many others. After they had all had had a few pints and the queen and her guests where a bit worst for wears, the queen says.
'I have a river here, whoever can swim across and back I'll let them become the next Monach of England. By the way its crocodile infested. If you get hurt you get nothing.
Tony Blair thinks I'll have a go. Jumps in but the crocs get him and bite of one of his legs.
Next Pitt boy has a go, he amost makes it but sadly he loses an arm.
After nearly all the guests have tried and failed its Bin Lardin's turn. He takes of his top and has a T-Shirt underneath and jumps into the water. Swims straight across and back again un -harmed. Everyone is amazed and alarmed and the queen declares that he will be the next King of England. But she asks how he managed to survie.
So he shows them his t-shirt which say's, 'I love all Americans'. 'See that' he say's 'Not even the crocodiles will eat that.'

okay..i've been working out a little too much?

i've been doing the abs diet...i'm a thin girl, but i wanted some nice abs...i've been eating healthy, excercising, etc...but i've been exercising much more often than it says to, to speed up the results...is that a bad thing?? is there such a thing as working out TOO much?? thanks!

Web page question?

I have a web page, and I want to put some pictures on it. I figured out how to do it on frontpage, but when I put it on, it comes up with a little red X that I know means it's being censored by my computer. The image is a pic of a Harry Potter book. It is in an allowed format by bravnet (my host) and I have tried many times to get it right. How can I make it show up uncensored so I can see it when I go to the page? Do I need to do something with my browser, msn explorer? I use frontpage to make web pages, my page is hosted by bravenet, and I am using msn explorer to look at it, although I have the same problem with intranet explorer. Can anyone help?

How to help my daughter's hair grow?

My daughter aged 3, got hold of the scissors when I left her for an hour with my husband and has cut the hair on the left side of her head, almost all off - it is now above her ears. It looks absolutely awful. I have taken her to the hairdressers and had it in a very short bob although the left side is still much shorter than the right it looks a little neater. Her hair grows very slowly, does anyone know how to make it grow faster? Also we have a family wedding next week and does anyone have suggestions of how to make her hair look a little better? Thanks
