I really dont like my body right and I want to loose weight. Can you tel me some fast simple steps. Im only 14 and I have school, homework, etc. Can walking really help you loose weight? If so how much would you have to do? and how much will you loose? I'm half korean and half italian. My mom is korean and she cooks all this korean food. I dont know what she puts in them and it mostly greasy. What should I do? Places where I think I have a lot of fat- my stomach, arms, and hips. <=Can you tell me anything excercises that can help me or any routines?
