Donald Duck, unfortunately.
Daffy is by far more intelligent than Donald--see all the Looney Tunes episodes where he tries to trick Elmer Fudd into shooting Bugs Bunny. (He doesn't really succeed--notice how may times he has to snap his beak back into place--but he has ingenuity!)
But Donald has the temper that would give him the upper hand in that showdown.
