After coming out of a bad divorce I entered into a sexual relationship with a good man. We agreed to keep it causal, but to be honest with each other. Over the years we have drifted apart while trying to make other relationships work, but have always found each other again. More recently we have started spending more time together and talk almost every day. I've fallen head over heals for this guy and he knows it. Is it possible for the relationship to turn around and be serious or am I just living in a dream world? I've been told by several men friends that those kind of relationships never revolve into something meaningful. Is this true? And yes he knows how I feel ... we spend more time together recently then ever before .. guess I'm just not sure what he thinks and he's not really talking ... he also is dealing with some pretty tough issues with his 12 year old daughter and his ex wife. Run right? Trust me ... I've run from many a relationship in the past ... Help!

I am very strongly attracted by a preety girl in my workplace. We have a age difference of 5 years. I am totally confused and don't know whether she likes me or not. We have very little interaction. Sometimes I think that I'm average looking guy...why will she be ever interested in me, when so many other good looking guyz will be interested in her.Sometimes the other way around that she may be interested in me. I really wanna believe more but it's so hard. Talking snakes - a massive flood - Red Sea opening wide. Its hard to believe in comparison to Darwin, fossils, etc.
How can we have 6 billion people only a few thousand years after Noah? And wouldn't first cousins be having sex at that point to repopulate the earth? Where did the different races come from?

I have been preoccupied with this question because it causes us to examine how we define the group of people to which we have a relationship and for which we feel a responsibility.

For example, if your family is as big as your school district, you won't believe in property taxes going into a state pool and distributed to all school districts equally based on need. If your family is as big is your state, you will believe in richer school districts funding poor school districts within the same state.

For example, if your family is as bigger than your country, you may believe that immigrants should be allowed the basic priviledges of U.S. citizens such as in-state tuition to state schools or Medicaid.

If you family ends at your driveway, you may think, "Me for me and you for you; who gives a crap about anybody outside my circle."
