ok it's kinda long so bear with me i really do need help. when i did marching band at school, i met this girl. she is AMAZING. the second i met her, i knew i liked her. now i love her. about 3 weeks ago i asked her out. she said it wasnt me but she just didnt want to date anyone at the time. today i saw her while walking and we talked. she said she loved me and she thinks im cute. does this mean she wants to try a relationship even though she said no three weeks ago? i know i asked this last night but im tryin to get more answers. i really do love her and want to have a relationship. please help me?

If she say you are cutie and like you, that means she gives you a chance to date her. So, be brave and ask her out again. Let her to know you more and feel your charming. Then the relationship can extense..
