i eat fresh fruit ( approx 1 1/2 cups diced) and a cup of tea with skim milk. If starving, I eat 3/4 cup of 'Total" cereal with 1/2 cup of skim milk. I can also eat fat free yogurt but I do not think it is very satisfying. I have lost over 31lbs since jan 06. Join weightwatchers "online" its great!

think of Barbara Thomas, to lose more weight, think of Barbara Thomes naked, on a cold day......either that start eating less and exercise more. That's the ONLY way to lose weight. Simple, USE more calories then you TAKE IN!

Good luck!

My favorites are toast with flavored butter, Special K Cereal (with strawberries), or pancakes. Always goes great with fresh fruits.
