how do we know that adam and eve were white?

The same reason Jesus was white with that flowing brown hair: Europeans were drawing them!
The Bible seems to indicate that the human race came from what is today Iraq, so the real Adam and Eve (like Jesus) were probably more Middle-Eastern looking than anything.

Where does it state that 'life' began in Africa? And no one knows factually that Adam& Eve were white. In fact, at the time of A&E ,I'm not aware that the "white" race was even around.

First of all the reason we see adam and eve as being white is because the media shows images of what they want them to be. But the bible clearly states this issue. But everyone in the bible is not white.

one: where in the bible does it say that adam and eve were white.
two: still on the bible, if the lived in "israel" ie middle east area- in Genesis, it says that the Garden of Eden was the origin of the Euphrates river (google Euphrates and see where in the world it is) wouldnt adam and eve (and subsequently Jesus) have been not white or black but brown (kind of like Iraqis/ Afghans?)
three: evolution and creationist theory are mutually exclusive. either one or the other dude

BTW, the garden of eden is thought to have been in what is now iraq. other than members of the US military, not many true white people in iraq.

Adam and eve were brown, and covered with fur. They probably cross bred with the ancestors of chimps as well.
