i just started going back to the gym i do the kickboxing class and some machince want to lose inches fast in the stomach area which is better kickboing or the step class or just what i know that spinning is good also

because of something stupid they did can you still remember the pain you were in and how it felt? the pain that you knew you can live witout them but u just did not want too because you knew that wen you were with that person you felt complete and that ur life was so much better because they were in it.............

Has anyone really found the grass to be greener on the other side?

The way that I see it is that it might be for alittle while. Then after a while it will get dry and start to turn brown again. If the grass in your yard starts to wilt and get dry you just have to water it and show it some love for that green look and feel again.

Do you agree? Have you found the grass greener elsewhere?

For a long time now, about a year or two my sleep has steadily become worse- lately I dont even feel tired when I go to bed.
I dont drink, smoke or anything, lack of exercise could be a cause, too much worrying also.
What ever the cause Im getting sick of it even my dreams have turned on me tell me what do I have to do and no tablets dont work except maybe calms.
A best answer out of 20 or more will be rewarded full merit and all my thanks if it works.

Please help me, can't stand it any more, any recomondations?
