If I were you, I wouldn't go with anything too bold. As far as eyeliner, look for Maybelline eye pencil, dark brown,...don't use liquid liner. Try, the shaping black maskara by either cover girl or maybelline (really, the brand of mascara doesn't matter), however, be sure to slide the wand along the edge of the opening of the mascara bottle to get off any excess...this will help to not cause clumping on your lashes. The trick is to make it look as natural as possible. Do not try to stand out, it will just look bad. Play around with it a little and decide what looks best on you... Good luck!
PS...don't listen to any of the rude replies within these answers, you'll find out as you get older that other females can be real haters. Besides, you're a teenager now, it's only natural to experiment, just don't go overboard.

I had the comparable concern whilst i advance into 13. i'm especially much sixteen now, and that i merely started donning purely purely somewhat of makeup once I first grew to become 15. purely some concealer, and eyeshadow however. It does not incredibly remember what all of the different women are doing, however, because of the fact once you're older, the fewer makeup you wore once you have been youthful, the greater effective your dermis would be. merely be certain you shop your face sparkling and nicely moisturized, and it is frequently great! Oh, and makeup isn't all that great besides, it rather is totally time-ingesting, and it may especially much take over your existence (no comedian tale, I knew a woman as quickly as.) as quickly as you start up donning makeup, it rather is totally stressful to flee--it rather is like Nicotine. Very addictive. Oh, and the WORST ingredient to do is to place makeup on in college, whilst your mom does not comprehend. a million) She in all probability does comprehend you're doing that, and if she does not, she would be in a position to confirm 2) it rather is rather disrespectful, and who ought to believe somebody after that? 3) Your day will come :)

I agree with the person that said "you don't wanna look like a clown". I think brown eyeliner and clear mascara look best on someone your age. If you're going to wear lipstick, sheer glosses look nice. You don't wanna look way older then you are, or have people think you're slutty because you wear too much makeup. Just wear neautral shades and try to look as natural and UNmadeup as possible. Makeup is meant to enhance your features and not be the first thing people notice about you.

The saying has always been true, "less is more". for anybody with your features I would say you should wear dark brown or black liner with a matching mascara. But at 13 you can get away with different colors. At 29, i can't get away with glitter anymore. Have fun and experiment until you find what works. Check out Jennifer Aniston and Audrey Hepburn's eye makeup, both classic and beautiful.

Stick to something peachy, light, and soft. Too much makeup will be a bad thing on a young girl. Try a gel mascara in brown. Peachy lip gloss, and peach, gold or tan on the eyes. Don't do foundation yet. Just keep your skin nice, and your makeup simple.

Why do you want to wear makeup? Older women try to capture the beauty of youth with makeup. Please go light. Not to put you down but very young girls with too much makeup look like children who have been playing in makeup when they over apply. Try a nice transparent gloss on your lips. Put a little Vaseline or baby oil on your lashes and go. Mona Lisa is a timeless beauty. She did not use the liner and mascara.

whatever you do, don't wear foundation until you really have to (as in, once your face needs the coverage). you'll never be able to go without it again, plus it's a big hassle, especially when you're young. as for your eyes, brown tones would probably work best, but it might be fun to try violet tones and shimmery stuff. either way, have fun and experiment before you wear it in public. makeup is one of the fun things about being a girl, so enjoy!

Any Earth Tones Would Look Great. I have brown hair with blonde and red highlights and hazels eyes as well and I think dark reds browns, and greens look the best on me, so I think they would work for you too.

If your really not sure - go to like Macy's or Robinson's-May and have one of the girl's there in the make-up section help you - so many gal's pile that stuff on and they look like clowns - I think the less you wear the prettier you'll be. But definitely a nice tan/peachy color for your cheeks (but not to much)- that looks really nice with hazel eyes.
