I am in a serious dilemma here. I am thinking about marrying my girlfriend; however, I am currently thinking about becoming a Buddhist and she is a strong Christian? Would this cause any problem down the road? Can a couple have a happy marriage with such a different belief and outlook in life? Please advise.

There was a particular question that I viewed, and I think it had 34 responses or so. The person asked if he sould attempt suicide. Some encouraged him not to - and the majority of the rest encouraged him to go ahead and kill himself with the knife. From the posting of that question - its a sad and scary posibility that he might have killed himself, and, based on belief, gone to... you kno. Why do people want to kill themselves? Is it worth it? Whats the consequences? How would you encourage someone who is going through their chronicles of misery and pain, wanting to exit the earth without due time? All answers welcome. And people, for those out their, this is a question of concern. No profanity. Thanks.

A Rabbi, a Hindu, and a lawyer are in a car. They run out of gas and are forced to stop at a farmer's house.

The farmer gladly accommodates them, but tells them that there are only two extra beds, so one person will have to sleep in the barn.

The Hindu says, "I'm humble, I will sleep in the barn." So, he goes out to the barn.

In a few minutes, the farmer hears a knock on the door.

It's the Hindu. He says "There is a cow in the barn. It's against my beliefs to sleep with a cow."

So, the Rabbi says, "I'm humble, I'll sleep in the barn."

A few minutes later, the farmer hears another knock on the door and it's the Rabbi. He says that it is against his beliefs to sleep where there is a pig, and there is a pig in the barn.

So, the lawyer is forced to sleep in the barn.

A few minutes later, there is a knock on the door. It's the pig and the cow...

Im a 22 yr old female and I want to start doing weights........ I dont want to get too buff, but I want noticeable muscles in my arms and a nice toned back. What kind of weight training should I doto target these areas without making my back wider or bigger..... and which ones should I avoid? I would also like to work my chest muscles (the ones they say will lift your boobs up) without making my back wide...... thanks for suggestions....

How did you do it without it looking like just a twin mattress? Did you put it on a regular metal bed frame or a wooden platform? What kind of fabric did you cover it with? I am 18 years old. Since I was little, I had always had a slight open bite problem (not an extreme case though). When I was younger (13-14), I used braces to straighten my teeth. In addition, I had to use some little rubber bands attached to the braces so that the upper and lower teeth could meet and therefore the open bite could be corrected. At first, everything seemed perfect, since the open bite apparently was fixed. The braces were taken off and for the first month nothign occured. Then, the upper and lower teeth started drifting apart and the open bite problem appeared again. I wanted to die. So, I decided to use braces (w/ rubber bands) again to correct the problem. The dentist said it will only be for about three months, but I ended up using them for about a year and a half. The braces were taken off and everything seemed normal. But I just discovered that the open bite has returned. What can I do. Is there any other way of fixing this? I am not willing to use braces again. Thx
