i am using win XP and all my desktop icons are inverted including the taskbar. i don't know what have i done but just tell me how to get out of this problem.

go into the settings for your video card and there should be a place that says rotate and you can pick 180 or 90 degrees or whatever. Sometimes the video card will put an icon on your taskbar. If you want to email me with what type of video card you are using I might be able to give you more help.

this is due to your graphics driver properties.

you need to change them in order to get rid of this. as my exp goes this happens with intel GMA graphics drivers.

recetification:
go to >> start >> control panel
in control panel window select the icon intel (R) GMA Driver, double click on it
next inside the intel G driver properties, on the left hand side select "display settings"
see carefully you'll see some thing called "Enable Rotation"
uncheck it and you are done.

the above procedure is for Itel Gma drviers.... the most common types.

for all others...please check for similar type (enable rotation) of options and act accordingly.

Right click on Desktop->Grapics options->Grapics properties->Hotkeys->un Chek the "Enable Hotkeys"->Click OK->Restart your Computer.
