In this world, there is nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out. There are some guys that need the most obvious signs in order for them to even think about asking a girl. But that also gives hint to how dominant he will be in a relationship. If you are a strong willed girl, than you will do just fine.

You need to talk to him. If you like him and he likes you then you need to get to know him and maybe start something. It all starts by talking to him.
