I am talking about as in like lol's and other stuff...People have them blinking and stuff like that how can you make your own like that?

I just take them off other people by right clicking the mouse. You will see add and then you just name this emoticon whatever you want to.

I don't know how to make you own personalized ones but I found this website where you can add them to your msn emoticons - www.allemoticons.com and if you want to make your own awesome words try www.flamingtext.com. Those are the ones that I use. Check them out.

Go into tools, my emoticons and press on the button that says create. If you have saved pics and jpegs you can select them and name them. If they are valid images they will turn into emoticons that you can use. But they will only convert to 9X9 pixel images, I haven't figuredout how to get them to convert to the 50X50, yet, but I am working on it.
